¡Hola!

Hello everyone! I'm Einstein Ramones, a Filipino photographer and painter based in Madrid, Spain. Aspiring to become a gallery artist, I am thrilled to announce our very first art exhibition, Las Caras De Filipinas.

It all started way back in 2005. I was 15 years old when my brother refused to let me borrow his sketchbook and charcoal pencil. I felt sorry for myself at the time. Out of jealousy toward my older brother, I asked my mom to buy me some art supplies. Later that week, we went to a small art store in our city where I got a sketchpad, a charcoal pencil, and, instead of regular crayons, I accidentally bought oil pastels. From that moment, I started to love colors, shades, and shapes and explore the world of art. I knew I wanted to be an artist. I knew I was an artist at heart.

Las Caras De Filipinas is an art and photography exhibition showcasing the creative works of Filipino artists based in Spain. Our primary goal is to promote cultural exchange and foster understanding, respect, and appreciation among different communities.

The collection you'll experience includes pieces that explore social and political issues, the faces of the Filipino community in Spain, and the vibrant stories behind them. We believe this exhibition will make a meaningful contribution to the cultural landscape of the Philippines. Join us for this extraordinary event and immerse yourself in the rich diversity of Filipino art and culture.
